Bet you cry :)

This photo is of an amazing man called Dick Hoyt and his son Rick. Dick is now 70 and he does triathlons and has completed the Boston Marathon many times with his disabled son Rick. He pushes Rick in a wheelchair for the run, he rides on a special bike with him, and for the swim leg he puts him in a boat and tows him. I wanted to download a video of them into this post, but I am having troubles. I wanted to say that I bet you couldn't watch thieir video without a tear or two .. but I think you will be inspired to be the best parent you can be. I don't usually watch a lot of stuff that is sent to me nor do I pass it on. But this one is different. I have not been sewing of late nor had time to blog - but I could not let this one pass by. So, as my IT knowledge is letting me down, you will just have to Google "Dick Hoyt" for yourself, and be prepared to cry. It may just make us all realise how good life is, or maybe inspire us to give a bit more. I would love to hear your comments if you do get to watch one of their many clips on youtube. Happy Days to you Dick & Rick - may there be many more wonderful years together. You ROCK !!!!
